The nine reform priorities
There are nine reform priorities that, together, we will focus on to provide a co-ordinated local response in the Hume region.
- Establishment of regional coordination and planning structure
- Working together to provide quality services for clients
- Development of clear referral pathways and intake processes
- Continuous improvement strategies and success and barriers for integrated system
- Access by Indigenous Victorians working with Indigenous communities
- Access by diverse groups (CALD, disability, gay, lesbian, bi-sexual & transgender)
- Focus on children and young people
- Developing critical linkages
- Workforce development to support quality service
